Notifications for Deleted Characters

Moderation is important and removing noncompliant characters is appropriate, but systems make mistakes and surprise is no fun on a service you’re paying for.

Notify users in some way when a character is deleted with at least a high level reason for the deletion so that they understand what happened and, if they feel the deletion was confusing or inappropriate, can contact support to discuss.
